Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an autopay subscription at any time from the Wallet page in the app. Cancelling stops future charges. Your plan and any credits already in your account stay usable until they run out or the paid period ends.

Credits that have already been spent on interviews, resume reviews, aptitude tests or other features cannot be refunded, because the service has already been delivered. Unused credits are not paid back in cash when you cancel.

We refund payments that failed to deliver what you paid for, namely a duplicate charge for the same purchase, or a charge where the amount was debited but the credits or plan were not added to your account.

Please write to us within 7 days of the charge so we can check it against our payment records.

Email thecareercult@gmail.com from your account email with the date, amount and payment reference. We aim to reply within a few working days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show the amount, depending on the method used.

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Changes do not affect payments already made.
